Clinicians emphasise the importance of keeping the skin hydrated. So a balance is needed between providing sufficient airflow to keep cool and avoid the itch, whilst avoiding excessive drying of the skin.

The sleepbreeze personal cooler has 3 fan speed settings and it's airflow is directional allowing you to set just the amount of cooling that you need.
