Next Generation Customer Service!
For anyone who despairs about standards of customer service there's good news on the horizon.
The Sleepbreeze personal cooler was featured in the news section of Model Rail (Issue No 120) out today.
I asked our daughter (4 1/2 yo) what she hoped the reviewer might say.
"I hope they say that we're nice people." was her reply.
Well, that's one person who won't need to go to business school to make it in life!
