Q. How long does shipment take?

A. We generally ship on the same day as you place your order.

Postage within the UK takes about 2 days, to the US it is around 7-10 days.

Q. How much does it cost to ship my Sleepbreeze to Arizona, California,...?

A. Shipping costs to all states in the USA are the same. Current prices may be found at our online shop.

Q. How long does the Sleepbreeze last on battery power?

A. The Sleepbreeze lasts for several hours on battery power, dependent on the fan speed and the quality of the AA batteries used. Typically you could run it "overnight". It's worth knowing that most people only need to run the Sleepbreeze for around half an hour when they first go to bed.

Q. Can you power the Sleepbreeze on mains power?

A. Yes. A mains power adaptor is supplied as standard.

Q. I see you have been working with the military to test the Sleepbreeze. Can you tell us more?

A. Yes. Keeping soliders cool at the frontline is a challenge. Traditional air conditioning is not a possibility as delivering fuel to Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) is both hazardous and costly. The Sleepbreeze was part of a series of tests and trials in 2011 and passed with flying colours. The Sleepbreeze has also been tested and passed by US Special Forces.
